Consolidated Financial Statements: Get started with consolidated financial statements

Step 1:

Make sure you have an add-on installed. If this is not the case, please follow the instructions.
Navigate to "Add-ons", select the appropriate add-on and click the "ADD" button for the add-on you are wanting to install. Follow the installation prompts in order to complete the add-on setup. Please read more on installing a specific add-on here.

Step 2:

Navigate to "Reports" where a list of your already created reports will be listed.
Create a new report by clicking "Create". Follow the prompts selecting "Presets" and then the financial report you desire. From here you are able to supply a name and description, as well as the date range for your report. Lastly select the add-ons you are wanting on this report and click save.

Step 3:

View your report and add notes or adjust the currencies of each organisation and the final total all independently of each other. You can also share reports with users by using the "Settings" button on each report.

Adding users to reports is a great way to share your data, advisors could use this method to showcase a customers work. You can read more about adding a guest user to your organisation here.

Once a user is a guest, they can be added by navigating to report and clicking the settings button for the report. Select the user from the dropdown menu and click save, they will now be able to view the report.
